- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation for precise execution
- Ensure all work exceeds NEC and local safety compliance standards
- Diagnose electrical failures using advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies
- Collaborate with project managers to deliver premium service on demanding timelines
- Perform system upgrades and energy-efficient retrofits for luxury properties
- Maintain detailed work documentation and client communication records
Qualifications
- Valid electrician license (FL or NY) with 3+ years verifiable experience
- Expertise in residential/commercial wiring, circuit design, and panel upgrades
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, thermal imagers)
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proven track record in high-end residential and commercial projects
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends for emergency calls
