Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including fixtures, drains, and water heaters
- Install plumbing components following code requirements and safety protocols
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections for commercial properties
- Provide clear estimates and maintain accurate service records
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build client relationships
- Collaborate with team members on complex plumbing projects
- Adhere to all EPA and OSHA safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience or equivalent technical certification
- Valid Texas plumbing license or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting plumbing issues
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must possess reliable transportation and tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends on-call
