Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies including leaks, clogs, and fixture repairs
- Install, maintain, and repair pipes, fixtures, water systems, and waste disposal units
- Interpret blueprints and building codes for compliance-driven installations
- Perform safety inspections and recommend preventative maintenance solutions
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Collaborate with team leads on complex commercial projects
- Provide exceptional customer communication during service calls
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Valid Pennsylvania Plumber's License (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for water heater, boiler, and pipe systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
- Flexibility for emergency calls and weekend availability
- Background check and drug screen required
