Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic plumbing repairs on residential and commercial properties
- Install, maintain, and repair water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Respond to emergency service calls with 24/7 availability (rotating schedule)
- Provide accurate estimates and transparent billing to clients
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes
- Maintain service vehicles and inventory of tools/materials
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36) required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Own reliable transportation and basic hand tools
