Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture issues
- Install water heaters, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and plumbing fixtures
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections for commercial clients
- Respond to emergency calls within 2-hour service window
- Estimate project costs and provide transparent quotes to customers
- Adhere to California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Maintain clean job sites and professional customer communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years plumbing experience (residential/commercial)
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36)
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and tools
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for emergency calls
- Background check and drug screening required
