Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing emergencies (leaks, clogs, pipe bursts)
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial/residential plumbing systems
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for new constructions
- Ensure compliance with NYC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors and property managers for seamless project execution
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections for high-value properties
- Mentor junior technicians on advanced plumbing techniques
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Master Plumber license
- 5+ years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Proven emergency response track record
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Class B CDL preferred for equipment operation
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
