Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, drains)
- Install water heaters, boilers, and backflow prevention devices
- Perform emergency leak repairs and burst pipe interventions
- Conduct plumbing inspections and issue compliance reports
- Maintain service vehicles and inventory of plumbing materials
- Adhere to OSHA and Massachusetts plumbing codes
- Provide detailed service reports to clients
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Plumber License (Journeyman/Master)
- 3+ years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Emergency response availability (after-hours/weekends)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair technologies
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Background check and drug screening required
