Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose water leaks, clogs, and pipe corrosion using advanced tools
- Perform preventative maintenance for HVAC/water heater systems
- Ensure compliance with Tennessee plumbing codes and safety standards
- Manage inventory and order parts for service vehicles
- Provide detailed service reports and client consultations
- Mentor junior technicians during complex installations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years verifiable plumbing experience
- Tennessee state plumbing license (mandatory)
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture repair
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
