Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Respond to emergency service calls within 2 hours in NYC boroughs
- Install new plumbing systems for residential and commercial clients
- Perform preventative maintenance to avoid future plumbing failures
- Adhere to NYC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide accurate cost estimates and project timelines
- Maintain clean, professional work environments at client sites
- Collaborate with team members on complex plumbing projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional plumbing experience
- NYS Plumbing License (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
