Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and water heater issues
- Install new plumbing fixtures, pipes, and systems according to Texas state codes
- Perform emergency service calls with 24/7 availability (rotating schedule)
- Prepare detailed work estimates and invoices for clients
- Maintain company vehicles and plumbing tools/equipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Maintain accurate service records and customer communication logs
Qualifications
- Valid Texas plumbing license (Journeyman or Master required)
- Minimum 3 years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and pipefitting equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex plumbing systems
- TX driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Background check and drug test required
