Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Perform the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Diagnostics: Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve complex leaks, blockages, and water pressure issues.
- Code Compliance: Strictly adhere to all local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards for every project.
- Customer Service: Provide professional, friendly, and accurate estimates and communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Equipment Care: Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in excellent working condition.
- Emergency Response: Respond to urgent service calls and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license issued by the State of California.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience in a commercial or residential setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in working with copper, PVC, PEX, and other piping materials.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs), work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for travel to job sites.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
