- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and pipe inspection cameras
- Perform emergency repairs during night hours with minimal disruption
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes for all installations
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials efficiently
- Document service reports using our digital tracking system
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license or equivalent certification
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of backflow prevention systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Available for flexible night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
