Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs and installations during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Install, maintain, and repair water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Ensure all work complies with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch team to prioritize urgent service requests
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate inventory records
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid California state plumbing license (C-36)
- Expertise in residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Physical stamina for night shifts and emergency response
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- CPR certification preferred
