Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with clients/contractors
- Perform preventive maintenance on water heaters, pipes, and fixtures
- Provide excellent customer service and detailed work documentation
- Mentor junior plumbers and maintain inventory of tools/materials
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid California Plumbing License (C-36) required
- Knowledge of local building codes and EPA regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift 50+ lbs
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
