Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform water heater installations, sewer line repairs, and pipe replacements
- Ensure compliance with DC and Illinois plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide emergency plumbing services during after-hours and weekends
- Maintain accurate service records and customer communication logs
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid plumbing license in DC or Illinois
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
