Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pipe damage using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform fixture installations (sinks, toilets, water heaters) to code
- Collaborate with contractors on large-scale plumbing renovation projects
- Maintain accurate service reports and inventory management
- Respond to emergency calls within 2-hour service window
- Maintain EPA certification for backflow prevention testing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid DC plumbing license (Master Plumber preferred)
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Backflow prevention certification
- Own professional-grade tools and vehicle
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Excellent customer communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
