Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial piping systems and fixtures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, leaks, and blockages.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Ensure all installations comply with local, state, and national plumbing codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repairs clearly to clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Collaborate with dispatch and sales teams to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber License (or equivalent state certification).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of copper, PVC, PEX piping, and drainage systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple service calls per day.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Texas Driver's License.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs).
- Commitment to safety protocols and professional conduct.
