Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced tools and techniques (video inspection, leak detection)
- Perform fixture installations, pipe repairs, and water heater services
- Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and transparent pricing
- Collaborate with team members on complex plumbing projects
- Maintain accurate service reports and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Texas state plumbing license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and emergency calls
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
