Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve clogs, leaks, and pipe issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform water heater installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Adhere to California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide emergency 24/7 plumbing services on rotation
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials/supplies
- Prepare detailed service reports and invoices
Qualifications
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36)
- 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Proficiency with pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Background check and drug-free workplace compliance
