Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pipe damage using advanced tools
- Read blueprints and building codes for compliance
- Coordinate with electricians and contractors on renovation projects
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Train apprentices on safety protocols and best practices
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience (DC/MD/VA preferred)
- Valid DC Master Plumber license
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Experience with commercial and residential systems
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in tight spaces
- Pass background check and drug screening
