Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and provide accurate cost estimates
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs for burst pipes, leaks, and drainage problems
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members on large-scale plumbing installations and renovations
- Maintain clean, organized work sites and professional client communication
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience with verifiable references
- Valid plumbing license/certification for District of Columbia
