Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform hydro-jetting, camera inspections, and trenchless pipe repairs
- Ensure compliance with DC/PA plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide emergency plumbing services during after-hours and weekends
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials for projects
- Mentor junior technicians and maintain service quality standards
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license (DC/PA reciprocal accepted)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Proficiency in pipefitting, fixture installation, and water heater repairs
- OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
