Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work with precision
- Install/repair structural components (framing, masonry, concrete)
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Adhere to blueprints and project specifications
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
- Class B CDL or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with power tools and hand instruments
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
