Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pipe failures using advanced diagnostic tools
- Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with contractors and property managers on large-scale projects
- Provide emergency plumbing services during after-hours and weekends
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of parts/materials
- Mentor junior plumbers and ensure quality control standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid DC plumbing license (Master Plumber preferred)
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
