Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installations per code standards
- Manage emergency service calls with rapid response protocols
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain client communication records
- Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and local building codes
- Mentor junior technicians and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with valid Texas plumbing license
- Expertise in residential/commercial systems, water heaters, and pipefitting
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Experience with digital service management software preferred
