Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywall, and rough carpentry.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Perform site cleanup duties, including removing debris and trash.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols (OSHA preferred).
- Experience in general construction labor is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends.
