Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and teardown of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials and tools.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, hauling, and cleaning work areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors, and fellow crew members.
- Follow all project schedules and work instructions precisely.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation is required.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
