Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential properties
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local regulations
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead weekend project teams for critical installations/upgrades
- Conduct safety inspections and implement preventive measures
- Maintain detailed service documentation and client reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Journeyman/Master Electrician license (WA/VA)
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Expertise in PLC systems, VFDs, and energy-efficient installations
- Proven track record of managing weekend shift teams
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
