Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems (pipes, drains, water heaters)
- Install fixtures, appliances, and complete plumbing renovations
- Respond to emergency weekend calls with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Inspect and maintain plumbing systems to prevent future issues
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate inventory
- Adhere to all safety codes and company quality standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid NC Plumbing License (or reciprocity-ready)
- Strong diagnostic skills with drain cameras and pipe locators
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun + some holidays)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Background in residential and light commercial work
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
