Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems (fixtures, pipes, water heaters)
- Install new plumbing equipment following safety codes and blueprints
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with 24/7 availability rotation
- Provide clear estimates and maintain accurate job documentation
- Inspect plumbing systems to prevent future issues and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route management
- Maintain company vehicle and specialized plumbing tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of plumbing experience with valid Texas state license
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
- Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical ability to handle tools/materials in confined spaces
- Certification in backflow prevention or pipefitting preferred
- Experience with digital diagnostics tools (e.g., sewer cameras)
