Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters) for residential/commercial clients
- Perform emergency service calls during weekend shifts with rapid response times
- Install new plumbing systems according to California building codes
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to prevent future issues
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication
- Manage inventory and service vehicle maintenance
- Collaborate with team leads on complex plumbing solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years licensed plumbing experience (CA License C-36 required)
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic skills for plumbing emergencies
- Knowledge of California plumbing codes and regulations
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift 50+ lbs
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 7am-5pm)
- Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills
