Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install and maintain pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and sewage systems.
- Perform emergency repairs during weekend shifts to minimize customer downtime.
- Adhere strictly to local plumbing codes and safety regulations in Indiana and Ohio.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Document all work orders accurately using our digital management system.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Background check and drug screening required.
