Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Respond to emergency weekend calls with rapid diagnostic and resolution expertise
- Inspect plumbing systems for code compliance and recommend upgrades
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain inventory of tools and materials for weekend shifts
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication
- Document service reports and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Active Washington State plumbing license (journeyman or master)
- 3+ years residential plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of IPC plumbing codes and local regulations
- Weekend availability with flexibility for overtime
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
