Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with minimal notice
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations
- Provide clear estimates and maintain detailed service reports
- Mentor junior technicians and maintain inventory of parts
- Deliver outstanding customer service during weekend on-call rotations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Indiana plumbing license and EPA certification
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday, 6AM-10PM)
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Emergency response experience preferred
- Background check and drug screening required
