Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete forming and finishing tasks
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with expertise
- Install and maintain scaffolding systems safely
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols rigorously
- Perform site cleanup and debris management
- Read and interpret technical blueprints
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6AM-4PM)
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Strong attention to detail and precision
