Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, concrete pouring, and framing tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA-certified precision
- Install and finish drywall, roofing, and MEP systems
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and project blueprints
- Perform site preparation, cleanup, and hazardous material disposal
- Collaborate with cross-functional trades on complex installations
Qualifications
- 2+ years commercial construction labor experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and operate in all weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement proficiency
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
