Responsibilities
- Execute physical tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers, etc.)
- Assist skilled trades in framing, concrete pouring, and finishing work
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance and safety protocols at all times
- Perform site cleanup and equipment maintenance between shifts
- Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Support weekend emergency response and urgent project timelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience or trade school certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic tool competency (hammers, saws, levels, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to zero-accident standards
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 6am-4pm)
- Pass background check and drug screening
