Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians)
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain OSHA-10 certification (provided)
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6AM-4PM)
