Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and perform equipment maintenance checks
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise implementation of designs
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Assist in material transportation and inventory management
- Complete daily progress reports and quality control inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of commercial construction experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
