Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling per blueprints
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, levels) with precision
- Assist skilled trades in carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and site cleanliness standards
- Read technical drawings and communicate with supervisors
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance checks
- Complete daily progress reports and quality control checks
Qualifications
- 2+ years construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Weekend availability (both days) required
- Willingness to pass background/drug screening
