- Adhere to safety protocols and report hazards immediately
- Support demolition, excavation, and foundational work as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible weekend hours (Saturdays & Sundays)
