Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation and earthwork operations under site supervisor guidance
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete with expert craftsmanship
- Operate hand/power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) with OSHA compliance
- Assist carpenters and masons in material handling and layout tasks
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Maintain organized job-site cleanliness and hazardous material disposal
Qualifications
- 2+ years commercial construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs regularly and work in extreme weather
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and teamwork
- Flexibility for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-4PM)
