Responsibilities
- Execute physical construction tasks including site prep, material handling, and debris removal
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete work, framing, and finishing operations
- Safely operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays, 6AM-4PM)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform strenuous outdoor work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with zero-tolerance policy for no-shows
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
