Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (skid steers, forklifts) with precision and safety
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex builds
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Adapt to changing project scopes and weather conditions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction/labor experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
