Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and earthwork operations
- Install and remove construction scaffolding and temporary structures
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete surfaces with expert craftsmanship
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Load/unload construction materials safely and efficiently
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal protocols
- Adhere to strict safety standards and quality control measures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verifiable construction labor experience
- Valid Florida Driver's License and clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform strenuous physical tasks
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and material specifications
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Tampa Bay
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-4PM)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
