Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (skid steers, excavators) with precision and safety protocols
- Construct concrete forms, install rebar, and pour foundations per engineering specs
- Assist carpenters with framing, roofing, and finish work on commercial projects
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction labor experience with weekend shift availability
- OSHA 30-Hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
