Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely under supervision
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized work zones
- Load/un construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform trenching, excavation, and backfilling as directed
- Complete daily equipment inspection and maintenance checks
- Collaborate with team to meet weekend project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or general labor experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards
