Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Install concrete forms, scaffolding, and temporary structures
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and conduct daily equipment checks
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and trade specialists
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and debris management
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for accurate execution
Qualifications
- 2+ years construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Weekend availability mandatory
- Pre-employment drug screening required
