Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete pouring tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with precision
- Install framing, drywall, and finishing materials
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and blueprints
- Maintain clean, organized work environments
- Assist skilled tradesmen with specialized tasks
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Availability for weekend shifts (6 AM - 4 PM)
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
