Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with trade-specific duties
- Operate hand/power tools and equipment safely per OSHA standards
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and manage waste disposal
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Conduct quality checks on completed work sections
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays 6AM-4PM
